PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition, a method and a system for delivering two or more activators to lungs or through nose by a metered dose inhaler.SOLUTION: A pharmaceutical composition deliverable from a metered dose inhaler contains suspension medium containing pharmaceutically allowed propellant, two or more different types of activator particles, and one or a plurality of kinds of breathable suspended particles, and the two or more different types of activator particles and suspended particles form co-suspension positioned in the same place in suspension. The two or more different types of activator particles contain a first type of activator particles selected from glycopyrrolate, tiotropium, trospium, acridinium and darotropium; and a second type of activator particles selected from bambuterol, clenbuterol, formoterol, salmeterol, carmoterol and indacaterol. |
