PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve a problem that the number of components increases, which causes increase in size and cost, by such a configuration that coils of respective phases of an inverter and respective phases of a stator are connected by screws.SOLUTION: An inverter integrated rotary electric machine comprises: a stator that has a stator coil; a rotor provided so as to be opposed to the stator and that has a field coil; a magnetic pole position detection sensor provided at an end part of a rear bracket side rotor shaft of the rotor and that detects a magnetic pole position of the rotary electric machine; and an inverter device that is configured by a switching element that applies a stator current to the stator coil, a control substrate that mounts a control circuit for controlling operations of this switching element and the rotary electric machine, and a heat sink for cooling down the switching element. Each terminal of the inverter device is incorporated in a resin case insert-molded by a resin, and is obtained by connecting between a stator coil connection terminal insert-molded at an outer peripheral side of this resin case and a stator coil terminal of a connecting board, by welding. |
