PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information transmission system capable of executing proper measures even when a caretaker in charge is present at a place far from a person in need of care.SOLUTION: The information processor includes: a state detection part for detecting the state of an object to be detected; a terminal detection part for detecting the proximity state of an electronic terminal; and an information transmission part for transmitting state information to one or more electronic terminals selected from among a first electronic terminal 300B determined to be close to the object to be detected in distance, a second electronic terminal 300A determined to be proximate to the object to be detected and a third electronic terminal determined to be associated with information related to the object to be detected on the basis of the detection result of the state detection part and the detection result of the terminal detection part.
