PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to accurately measure a position of a conveyed mobile body.SOLUTION: A conveyance system includes a conveyance apparatus constituted by a guide unit 100a and a controller mounting slider 200a. The guide unit 100a includes a linear scale 107 arranged along a direction in which the guide unit 100a extends. The controller mounting slider 200a includes two encoders arranged along a direction in which the linear scale extends. The two encoders output a pulse signal according to magnet field change by the linear scale to a control MCU. The control MCU detects a position of the controller mounting slider 200a on the basis of a count value based on an input pulse signal. |
