PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for sherbet-like drinks which has texture at a level required for sherbet-like drinks, is excellent in ease of loosening of freezed sherbet-like drinks, has a short time for thawing treatment and keeps a sherbet-like state for a long time and a packed composition.SOLUTION: A composition for sherbet-like drinks has a content of protein of 0.20-10.0 g/L. A packed composition of the present invention consists of the composition for sherbet-like drinks packed in a container made of a soft packaging material.
