PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management method of a powder delivery head in which a supply state of deposit metal can be stabilized.SOLUTION: A management method of a powder delivery head is provided, the delivery head that has a duplex tube where a pipe of an inner circumferential side for injecting the deposit metal for use in build-up welding and a pipe of an outer circumferential side disposed in the outer circumference of the inner circumferential side and injecting a shield air are overlapped on a concentric circle, and delivers the deposit metal in the construction position. The management method has: an injection step of injecting the deposit metal from the powder delivery head to a test area in set conditions; a width measurement step of measuring a width of the deposit metal sprayed on the test area; and a determination step of determining that the powder delivery head is available when the measured width of the deposit metal is lower than a tolerance, and determining that the powder delivery head is not available when the measured width of the deposit metal is larger than the tolerance.
