PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conversion method for preventing an overcurrent generated in a primary side conversion circuit.SOLUTION: A power conversion device includes primary side ports 60a, 60c constituting a primary aide circuit 20 and secondary side ports 60b, 60d constituting a secondary side circuit 30 magnetically coupled with the primary side circuit by a transformer 400. A power conversion method includes: a determination step of determining wether or not the power conversion device can be activated; a determination step of determining a magnitude of the voltage of the primary side port; a setting step of setting a target voltage of the primary side port to a value obtained by dividing the voltage of the secondary side port by the ratio of the number of turns of the transformer when the voltage of the primary side port is smaller than a predetermined value; a determination step of determining wether or not the voltage of the primary side port is equal to a value obtained by dividing the voltage of the secondary side port by the ratio of the number of turns of the transformer; and a setting step of setting the target voltage of the primary side port to a specified value when the voltage of the primary side port is equal to a value obtained by dividing the voltage of the secondary side port by the ratio of the number of turns of the transformer. |
