PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminous member capable of reducing reduction of phosphorescence luminance and reducing costs, and a production method thereof.SOLUTION: A luminous member 1 comprises synthetic resin 2, a luminous material 3, and a transparent material 4, in which, the luminous material 3 comprises granular luminous bodies 21 and powdery luminous powder bodies 32. When the luminous member 1 is produced, first, the synthetic resin 2, the luminous material 3, and the transparent material 4 are mixed for producing a mixed material. Then the mixed material is injected in a mold tool of the luminous member 1. Then, the mixed material in the mold tool is cured. |
