PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-fatigue agent with high safety which can be taken daily.SOLUTION: An anti-fatigue agent contains Ganoderma lucidum extract, or Ganoderma lucidum extract and vinegar. The intake amount of Ganoderma lucidum extract of the invention is 1-20000 mg for adult per day in terms of dried mushroom. The intake amount of the vinegar of the invention is 10-4500 mg as acetic acid. The form of the anti-fatigue agent involved in the invention is not particularly asked, and the form of ordinary pharmaceuticals, such as a drink, a capsule, a tablet, and granules, and quasi drugs, and food may be employed. |
