PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bicycle management system of using a portable type bicycle lock.SOLUTION: A server 30 comprises a table for storing device information of a locking device 10 and relational information of user information of a user terminal, and is constituted so as to extract a list of the device information related to the user information from the table based on the relational information in response to an unlocking request from the user terminal 20. The user terminal 20 of a first user establishes the server 30 and the first connection, and transmits the unlocking request, and is constituted so as to receive a device information list related to the user information of the first user from the server 30, and to receive a first device identifier of the locking device 10 for establishing the locking device 10 and the second connection, and next, is constituted so as to transmit an indication of making the locking device 10 an unlockable state to the locking device 10 via the second connection, by determining whether or not the first device identifier is included in the device information list. |
