PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric conversion type power generation device capable of adhering a cooling-side plate member which gives a temperature difference to a thermoelectric conversion module, to the thermoelectric conversion module with a uniform pressure over the entire surface.SOLUTION: Around a rectangular plate part 541 corresponding to an arrangement area of a thermoelectric conversion module 4 in a thin plate 54 of a flexible plate part (cooling-side plate member) 53 which is pressurized to a side of the thermoelectric conversion module 4 by a pressure difference generated by pressure-reducing a pressure reduction space 31 of a sealed container 3, a longer-side groove 91 and a shorter-side groove 92 are included as a deformation part which is deformed by the pressure difference to adhere a thick plate 55 fixed to the plate part 541 to the thermoelectric conversion module 4. A degree of easiness in the deformation of the grooves 91 and 92 is set greater for the shorter-side groove 92 than the longer-side groove 91, thereby preventing the plate part 541 from being distorted.
