PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy in determination of a vehicle body color.SOLUTION: A recognition result transmitted from a recognition device 12 includes a photographing condition, number information, license plate ambient average luminance, bonnet average luminance etc. A vehicle body color pattern determination processing section 42 of a vehicle identification device 14 determines a vehicle body color candidate on the basis of the license plate ambient luminance and the bonnet average luminance, and gives a determination pattern and stores it in a vehicle table 48 and a number management table 50. A vehicle body color comprehensive determination processing section 44 comprehensively determines a plurality of vehicle body color candidates and determination patterns of an identical vehicle, gives a comprehensive determination result, and decides the vehicle body color by correcting a comprehensive determination color on the basis of the comprehensive determination result. |
