A refractive index n of the low refractive index layer satisfies a relationship of 1<n≤1.31. Typically, the refractive index n of the low refractive index layer and a thickness d (nm) thereof satisfy a relationship represented by one of the following formulae (1) and (2): 1<n≤1.20 and 300≤d (1) and 1.20<n≤1.30 and 500≤d (2). |
