Disclosed is a method for removing dust in gas fumes by adopting an emulsion liquid-film technology, comprising the following specific steps: (1) dissolving a surfactant in a film solvent and adding water as an internal phase liquid to prepare a water-in-oil type emulsion; (2) dispersing the prepared emulsion into water so that the emulsion is in contact with gas fumes in a spraying manner or a reaction pool (pot) manner to remove dust; (3) demulsifying the dust-carrying emulsion via high voltage static electricity, and after being in a stationary state, using the film phase liquid in the upper layer of a separator for re-preparing an emulsion; and (4) letting the separated dust settle and discharging same from the bottom of a dust removal pool (pot) or a dust removal tower in the form of a slurry.
