The purpose of the present invention is to effectively perform advertisement redistribution such as retargeting. An advertisement management program according to the present invention is provided with: a user information acquisition section for acquiring information about users from user terminals which access information service sites for providing information about products or services; and a classification section for classifying each of the users into one of a plurality of segments on the basis of the user information. Further, the advertisement management program is provided with: a selection section for selecting, on the basis of each user's segment, one of a plurality of media tags associated with a predetermined media server; and a media tag provision section for providing the selected media tag to the user terminal of the user. The media tag has a description of a process for allowing the associated media server to redistribute an advertisement to the user terminal. |
