Provided is an analog-digital converter including: a sample and hold unit which samples an analog input signal and maintains the value until the whole process is finished; a digital-analog conversion unit which generates reference voltage through electron sharing and electron redistribution; a comparator which compares the voltage sampled by the sample and hold unit, with reference voltage output from the digital-analog conversion unit; and a sequential comparison register unit which outputs a control signal, which controls operation of the digital-analog conversion unit, based on output of the comparator. The digital-analog conversion unit includes: a charge sharing device which includes a plurality of unit capacitors connected in parallel and shares electric charges between the unit capacitors based on the control signal output from the sequential comparison resister unit; and an electric charge redistributor which includes doubled capacitors and redistributes electric charges based on the control signal output from the sequential comparison resister unit.
