Provided is a method for providing a risk management service, which includes the following steps: receiving a card settlement event by intercepting the event, in case the card settlement event as to a seller terminal occurs from a purchaser terminal; depositing a spot deposit money excluding a service usage fee from the settlement money corresponding to the card settlement event to an account number related with the seller terminal immediately; transmitting a billing event as to the card settlement event for offset disposal to a server of a card company, in case the card settlement event is canceled, and the card settlement for offset disposal occurs from the seller terminal; and increasing credit rating as to the card company server and the seller terminal, and generates a database as to the credit rating, the service usage fee, a deposit date and the billing event, in case a billing deposit as to the billing event is confirmed. |
