PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image quality improvement system, image quality improvement method, and program which are capable of reducing a burden on an operator.SOLUTION: An image quality improvement system of an embodiment includes a parameter determination unit, a storage unit, and a high image quality processing unit. The parameter determination unit determines a high image quality parameter by learning processing that uses two or more frames of the same type of video. The storage unit stores the determined high image quality parameter. The high image quality processing unit performs high image quality processing to the video by using the high image quality parameter stored by the storage unit. |
