PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas processing device for a marine diesel engine in which a high particulate matter (PM) collecting efficiency and PM in-ship incineration processing are promoted.SOLUTION: An exhaust gas processing device for a marine diesel engine is provided with: a tubular collecting part constituting an electric discharge electrode for charging particulate substance contained in exhaust gas of an engine and a dust collecting electrode for collecting charged particulate substance; a low concentration exhaust gas feeding-out pipe and a high concentration discharging gas feeding-out pipe; a PM-free scrubber installed at the low concentration exhaust gas feeding-out pipe; dust collector means for classifying particulate substances peeled from the tubular collecting part by a dust collecting cyclone and collecting them; a combustion device for combusting the PM collected by the dust collector means; and a return flow pipe for returning the combustion exhaust gas generated at the combustion device to the collecting part or the exhaust pipe of upstream side of the collecting part.
