LIQUID STORAGE SYSTEM

A liquid storage system comprising: a tank (16) for containing a liquid, said tank (16) enclosing a liquid storage space (14); multiple layers of a fabric material (22a-d); and attachment means attaching the multiple layers of the fabric material (22a-d) to an internal surface of the tank (16). The attachment means may comprise a non-permeable envelope (34) attached to the internal surface of the tank (16). The multiple layers of the fabric material (22a-d) may be enclosed in the envelope (34) such that the multiple layers of a fabric are isolated from a fluid in the tank (16). The envelope (34) may contains a fluid (e.g. air) in addition to the multiple layers of the fabric material (22a-d).
