Provided is a filtration treatment system which simplifies the process of, and reduces wash drainage in, filtration treatment which involves subjecting water to be treated containing organic matter to prefiltration treatment and then to reverse osmosis filtration treatment. This filtration treatment system is provided with a membrane filtration device (12) as a prefiltration treatment means for removing insoluble components from the water to be treated containing organic matter, a reverse osmosis membrane treatment device (16) as a reverse osmosis membrane treatment means for subjecting the prefiltration-treated water to reverse osmosis membrane treatment, and an agent supply means for supplying an agent into the membrane filtration device (12), wherein the agent contains a sulfamic acid compound, and a bromine-based oxidizing agent or the reaction product of a bromine compound with a chlorine-based oxidizing agent, or, contains the reaction product of a sulfamic acid compound with a bromine-based oxidizing agent or with the reaction product of a bromine compound with a chlorine-based oxidizing agent. |
