Provided are a cell measurement method and apparatus and a communication system. The method comprises: a user equipment using at least one of at least two different types of signals of a cell to be measured to measure a received signal of the cell to be measured, wherein one of the at least two different types of signals is a standard signal for reference when a measurement result is adjusted. By means of the method, apparatus and system in the present embodiment, different signals can be used at the same time to perform the same measurement, and the accuracy of such measurement is improved by combining the measurement result.
