PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of short-circuiting between an anode and a cathode and an error in a transistor, which are caused by the small film thickness of an EL.SOLUTION: A display device comprises: a light-emitting element including an electrode and an electroluminescent layer; wiring electrically connected to the electrode of the light-emitting element; a transistor including a source, a drain, and an active layer including a channel formation region; and a power source line electrically connected to one of the source and the drain of the transistor. The wiring is electrically connected to the other of the source and the drain of the transistor. In the vicinity of a region where the electrode and the wiring are electrically connected to each other, a region is provided where the electrode width is narrower than that in the region where the electrode and the wiring are electrically connected to each other. |
