SUPERHEATED STEAM RECYCLING DEVICE AND METHOD FOR USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control heat loss by effectively utilizing used superheated steam and reduce heat quantity required to change water into saturated steam for generating superheated steam.SOLUTION: A superheated steam recycling device comprises: a superheated steam generation section 3 which generates superheated steam; a steam supplying passage L1 which supplies saturated steam to the superheated steam generation section 3; a superheated steam utilization section 4 to which the superheated steam generated by the superheated steam generation section 3 is supplied; a steam returning passage L3 which returns used steam passed through the superheated steam utilization section 4 to the superheated steam generation section 3; and a flowmeter 8 which measures a flow rate of the used steam returned to the superheated steam generation section 3. The superheated steam recycling device controls the flow rate of the saturated steam to be supplied from the steam supplying passage L1 to the superheated steam generation section 3 on the basis of a difference between the desired flow rate of the superheated steam to be generated by the superheated steam generation section 3 and the flow rate of the used steam obtained through the flowmeter 8.
