摘要	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying device and an ink jet recording device capable of suppressing a deviation of a formation position of an image on a recording medium.SOLUTION: A conveying device 300 is disposed to face a recording head 390. The recording head comprises recording parts 390k-390y. The conveying device comprises a conveyor belt 355 and a suction part 360. The suction part includes an air circulation chamber 361 and a guide member 362. The guide member comprises a recording part facing region A1y facing the recording part located at the lowermost stream in a conveying direction of a recording medium, a downstream side region A2 on the downstream side from the recording part facing region, and an upstream side region A3 on the upstream side from the recording part facing region. A through hole 365 is formed in the recording part facing region, the downstream side region, and the upstream side region. An amount of air passing through per unit volume in the downstream side region and a downstream side space 361a facing the recording part facing region is greater than an amount of air passing through per unit volume in an upstream side space facing the upstream side region.
