PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively read information displayed on a display device.SOLUTION: An image marker recognition unit 25a captures an image displayed on a display panel 12 by recognizing a marker from a whole image of a display device 1 picked up by a camera module 24. A relative position specification unit 25b specifies a relative positional relation of the display device 1 with respect to the camera module 24 on the basis of the recognized marker. An image correction unit 25c corrects the captured image on the basis of the relative positional relation. An information reading unit 25d retrieves an information display code included in the corrected image and reads information shown by the information display code.
