PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure and facilitate its manufacturing while assuring product characteristics.SOLUTION: A partition member 16 is formed with a swirl chamber unit 30 communicating between both liquid chambers. The swirl chamber unit 30 comprises: an annular swirl chamber 31; a first communication part 32 communicating the swirl chamber 31 with a first liquid chamber; and a second communication part 33 communicating the swirl chamber 31 with a second liquid chamber. At least one of the first communication part 32 and the second communication part 33 has flow regulating passages 32b, 33b extending at the partition member 16 from a portion positioned at a radial inside of the swirl chamber 31 rather than the swirl chamber 31 itself toward its radial outside direction, and the swirl chamber 31 is formed to cause liquid flowed from the flow regulating passages 32b, 33b to circulate according to its flow speed. |
