PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system for managing a workflow which makes documents, communication, related applications, and the like easier to find and launch.SOLUTION: A communication system includes the steps of: linking applications and metadata across computational devices; using a stimulus to automatically find and launch associative and/or contextual material and/or information required to conduct a work session without the need of manually locating and launching each of the materials and/or information; and, by monitoring user behavior, creating and maintaining tokens defining a state of an instance of a workflow for later workflow resumption. |
