PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of lung cancer and the like to deliver a bioactive agent to the body by inhalation, and to provide a therapeutic method using the composition.SOLUTION: The invention provides a pharmaceutical composition containing a respirable aggregate, particles containing a lipophilic bioactive agent and at least one phospholipid, wherein the respirable aggregate has an aerodynamic mass median diameter of about 1 to about 5 μm, the lipophilic bioactive agent contains coenzyme Q10, the lipophilic bioactive agent is present in the concentration of about 15 to about 30% by weight, and the phospholipid is present in the concentration of about 2 to about 20% by weight; and a therapeutic method using the composition. |
