PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve separation performance of a vibrating fluidized bed separation device that includes vibration means of powder including the powder to be separated and fluidization dispersing means, and fluidizes and separates the powder to be separated mutually and being different in the density difference by vibration and dispersion.SOLUTION: Two or more vibration sources of different frequency are adopted, and beat vibration with an amplitude changing periodically is generated in a separate container portion. Alternatively, the fluidization gas supplied from a fluidization gas supply source in a separate container is made into microfine air bubbles. Adhesion between fine powder bodies different in the density difference in the fine powder bodies such as coal ash is reduced by addition of impact force by the beat vibration from the two or more vibration sources of the different frequency and promotion of fluidization by the minute air bubbles from the fluidization gas supply source. By enhancing the dispersion effect, the highly precise density difference separation is performed under the operation condition mitigated more than before. |
