PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve specific thermal balancing problems posed by the cracking of highly hydrogenated cuts in FCC processes and linked to the fact that these feedstock oils are not good coke precursors.SOLUTION: A process for the production of light olefins and BTX from a first feedstock oil of a hydrotreated VGO or unconverted oil (UCO) type resulting from hydrocracking, or from any mixture of these two feedstock oils, and from a second naphtha-type feedstock oil with an initial distillation point greater than 30°C and a final distillation point less than 220°C. The process comprises a catalytic cracking (FCC) unit processing the hydrotreated VGO feedstock oil or the unconverted oil, a catalytic reforming unit (REF) processing a feedstock oil referred to as naphtha (30°C-220°C), and an aromatic complex (AC) fed by the catalytic reforming (REF) effluents and a fraction referred to as LCN (IP-160°C) of the FCC effluents. |
