PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an access right processing system capable of preventing the personal information anonymized from the result of analysis of multiple kinds of anonymized information generated from one parent population from being narrowed down, estimated, or specified.SOLUTION: The access right processing system comprises: acceptance means for accepting a request for analysis of the anonymized information obtained by an anonymization process; extraction means for extracting a log on the basis of the analysis request; reference means for referencing a control rule on the basis of the analysis request; determination means for determining the allowability of access to the anonymized information on the basis of the log and control rule; and information provision means for providing the result of analysis of the anonymized information on the basis of the determination of the allowability of access to the anonymized information.
