PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an operator to take in and out a tray easily while considering operation efficiency and workability of a tray holding device.SOLUTION: An engaging member 6 included in a tray holding device comprises: a body 6a having an accommodation hole 6e, above which a protrusion 2c is disposed; a compression spring 6f disposed inside the accommodation hole 6e; an engaging part 6i in contact with the compression spring 6f and biased in a direction to protrude to the outside of the body 6a; and a contact piece 6g fixed to the engaging part 6i and coming into contact with an adjustment member 10 mounted to a fixed frame during the movement of a movable frame. At least a portion of the engaging part 6i is accommodated in the accommodation hole 6e with respect to the body 6a. The contact piece 6g moves the engaging part 6i to the accommodation hole 6e side against the biasing of the compression spring 6f by a load received when the contact piece 6g comes into contact with the adjustment member 10. The engaging part 6i is engaged with the protrusion 2c when protruding to the outside of the body 6a, and is not engaged with the protrusion 2c when moving to the accommodation hole 6e side. |
