PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take out the order until a caller is connected with an operator telephone set, when the caller calling IVR or CTI or an automatic reply telephone system wishes to call with the operator.SOLUTION: In the method of Fig. 1, a logic circuit B and a collation memory are connected with a logic circuit A for determining the order until connection with an operator telephone set is made. When they are actuated, the data including the order for connection with the operator telephone set, determined by the logic circuit A, is sent to the collation memory. The logic circuit B attached to the logic circuit A collates whether the order parts of the data including the connection order with the operator telephone set outputted from the logic circuit A, and the data including the connection order with the operator telephone set stored in the collation memory match each other, and outputs the collation results. |
