PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a laminate sheet suitably usable as a heat sink, which is easily joinable to a heat generator and is easily reattachable after being joined to the heat generator; and a method for manufacturing the laminate sheet.SOLUTION: A laminate sheet 10 includes: a metal sheet 1 having an uneven pattern 13; and an adhesive layer 2 laminated on one surface 1a of the metal sheet 1. The adhesive layer 2 has a thickness distribution pattern 23 containing an adhesive resin and a thermal conductive filler, and having a large-thick high adhesive part 21 and a small-thick low adhesive part 22 disposed alternately.
