PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external preparation for skin which can effectively hide age pores where apertures of the skin surface are spread by age.SOLUTION: An external preparation for skin containing particles whose particle shape is plate-shaped and whose main components are (1) powders whose particle shape is hemispherical or semi-elliptical spherical and (2) (meta) acrylic ester polymer is effective to hide pores, particularly age pores where apertures of the skin surface are spread by age.
