1. A polypeptide having acetyl transferase activity, selected from the group consisting of:
a. a polypeptide of SEQ ID NO:5, SEQ ID NO:6, SEQ ID NO:7 SEQ ID NO:8 or SEQ ID NO:14; b. a polypeptide derived from SEQ ID NO:5, SEQ ID NO:6, SEQ ID NO:7, SEQ ID NO:8 or SEQ ID NO:14 by substitution, insertion or deletion of amino acids and having a homology of at least 50% at the amino acid level with the sequence of SEQ ID NO:5, SEQ ID NO:6, SEQ ID NO:7, SEQ ID NO:8 or SEQ ID NO:14.
