An evaporated fuel treatment device (20) is provided with a canister (21), an evaporated fuel spill detection means, a pressure sensor (26), a pressure change detection means, and a pressure sensor breakdown determination means. The canister (21) adsorbs evaporated fuel from a fuel tank (15) and purges the adsorbed evaporated fuel to an engine. A signal of the evaporated fuel spill detection means is changed in association with a spill of the evaporated fuel from the fuel tank (15). The pressure sensor (26) senses an inner pressure of the fuel tank (15). The pressure change detection means detects whether or not the pressure sensed by the pressure sensor (26) is in a stable condition in which the pressure is not changed. The pressure sensor breakdown determination means determines that the pressure sensor (26) is broken down when the evaporated fuel spill detection means detects the spill of the evaporated fuel from the fuel tank (15), and when the pressure change detection means detects that the pressure is in the stable condition. |
