A lipophilic laminate having a base material and a lipophilic resin layer on the base material is characterized in: the lipophilic resin layer having either microprotrusions or microdepressions on the surface; the lipophilic resin layer comprising filler particles; some of the filler particles being exposed from the lipophilic resin layer; and the proportion of the exposed portions of the filler particles at the surface of the lipophilic resin layer being at least 0.1%.
