PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire having at least one member selected from the group consisting of an under tread, sidewall, wing, ply topping and breaker topping that is improved in various performances such as fuel economy, processability, thermal aging resistance, flexure crack growth resistance, rubber strength, adhesion strength, and breaking strength in a well balanced manner.SOLUTION: The pneumatic tire has at least one member selected from the group consisting of an under tread, sidewall, wing, ply topping and breaker topping that is manufactured by using the following rubber composition. The rubber composition comprises: a modified natural rubber that is highly purified and adjusted to a pH of 2 to 7; and silica having a nitrogen adsorption specific surface area of 20 to 200 m/g and showing a pH of 7 to 12 when dispersed into water to prepare a 5% silica dispersion aqueous solution. |
