PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paste applicator capable of making paste more uniform in volume and a manufacturing apparatus of an object to be pasted.SOLUTION: A controller of a paste applicator that applies paste on an object controls the paste applicator to perform a discarding application process in which a nozzle 5 of an applicator unit 2 applies the paste on a discarding application unit 6, and then to perform an actual application process in which the nozzle 5 applies the paste on actual application points of the object sequentially. In addition, the controller controls the discarding application unit 6 to move to a discarding application point during the discarding application process and to a retreat position during the actual application process.
