PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an edible extract processed product in which unpleasant odor peculiar to the edible extract is masked.SOLUTION: A method for producing an edible extract processed product includes carrying out heat treatment of a mixture containing an edible extract and a fish-derived collagen at a temperature of 100-130°C. A method for masking unpleasant odor peculiar to an edible extract is also provided. |
