PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To finely part chips generated when cutting and processing a work piece so as to inhibit scrap clogging.SOLUTION: In a die D for cutting process, having a cut tip 50, applied to punch press, and cutting and processing a work piece W in cooperation with a punch P for cutting process, resistance members 51 (53, 55 and 56) guiding chips K generated when cutting and processing the work piece W through the cut tip 50, and giving resistance thereto to part them are provided around a scrap discharge hole 39, and the parted chips K are discharged to the outside without being accumulated in the scrap discharge hole 39 so as to inhibit scrap clogging. |
