A flexible circuit board winding/unwinding apparatus, which comprises a left housing (1), a right housing (2), a rotating plate (3), an upper spiral spring (41), and a lower spiral spring (42). The left housing (1) and the right housing (2) of the apparatus are engaged with each other to constitute an outer housing, which has the left and right tightly fitted, has an increased connection area, and is not prone to top-bottom separation, thus providing the outer housing that is structurally stable and solid. Also, the apparatus constitutes a dual-spring structure by means of symmetric arrangement of the upper spiral spring (41) and the lower spiral spring (42) and of an upper central shaft (51) and a lower central shaft (52); when the flexible circuit board is being stretched/retracted, a force exerted and a reaction force when the springs are stretched or compressed are evenly distributed to the upper part and the lower part of the rotating plate (3) to allow a balanced force to be applied on the rotating plate (3), thus allowing the rotating plate (3) to rotate smoothly and to be resilient to damages. |
