Disclosed is an improved new folding towel stand, comprising a left connecting member (1), a right connecting member (2), a bearing frame (3) and a lower hanging frame (4). The bearing frame (3) consists of a left rotating arm (31), a right rotating arm (32) and several transverse rod members (33). The lower hanging frame (4) consists of a left hanging member (41), a right hanging member (42) and transverse hanging rod members (43). The left rotating arm (31) on the bearing frame (3) is hinged with the left connecting member (1) via a first shaft pin (5), and the right rotating arm (32) on the bearing frame (3) is hinged with the right connecting member (2) via a first shaft pin (5). The lower hanging frame (4) is hinged with the bearing frame (3). Two ends of the transverse rod member (33) at the foremost end of the bearing frame (3) are provided with extendible moving suspended rods (13) used for increasing the length of the transverse rod member, and by folding and opening and having extendible moving suspended rods (13), savings are effectively made on packaging and transportation costs and on space for installation and use, and the advantages are a compact structure, durability, and convenient use. The towel stand is principally used for placing items such as towels in a household kitchen and bathroom. |
