PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an extended release technique and extended release composition of neuregulin (NRG) effective in preventing, treating or delaying diseases or disorders in mammals such as heart failure or cardiac hypertrophy; and a method for preventing, treating or delaying diseases or disorders by extended release of NRG.SOLUTION: The present invention provides an NRG extended release technique with an osmotic pump or syringe pump, or an NRG extended release composition including polyethylene glycol coupling and/or liposome or microsphere packaging, and a treatment method using the extended release technique or extended release composition. |
