PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer capable of making a card having high abrasion resistance and security.SOLUTION: A printer includes an image formation part and a transfer part. In the image formation part, a UV image is formed on an ink reception layer 46d in a first area R1 of a transfer film 46, and a YMC image is formed on the ink reception layer 46d in a second area R2 of the transfer film 46. In the transfer part, the ink reception layer 46d in the first area R1 of the transfer film 46, formed with the UV image, and a protective layer 46c in the first area R1 are integrally transferred to a card Ca in this order, and the ink reception layer 46d in the second area R2, formed with the YMC image, and the protective layer 46c in the second area R2 are integrally transferred thereon in this order. |
