PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle control device capable of stabilizing a vehicle behavior during the generation of a regenerative braking force.SOLUTION: A vehicle control device comprises: an electric motor for applying a regenerative braking force to right and left driving wheels among front wheels and rear wheels; a friction braking device for applying a friction braking force to the other right and left driving wheels; and a behavior estimation part for estimating a behavior of a vehicle. If a preset behavior is estimated by the behavior estimation part when the regenerative braking force is generated, the regenerative braking force is reduced, and the friction braking force applied by the friction braking device is increased.
