PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of obtaining a differentiated cell and/or a product of the differentiated cell from an undifferentiated cell whose operation is simple and by which a differentiated cell can be easily obtained.SOLUTION: A method of obtaining a differentiated cell and/or a product of the differentiated cell includes: a process of introducing an undifferentiated cell into an organ or a biological tissue being perfused; a process of differentiating the undifferentiated cell by performing perfusion culture to the introduced undifferentiated cell together with the organ or the biological tissue to obtain a differentiated cell and/or a product of the differentiated cell; a process of recovering perfusion culture liquid containing the obtained differentiated cell and/or the product of the differentiated cell; and a process of obtaining the differentiated cell and/or the product of the differentiated cell contained in the recovered perfusion culture liquid.
