PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power converter capable of facilitating an assembling step of making a case hold a lamination unit configured by alternately laminating a power card that accommodates a semiconductor element, and a cooling unit while applying a load to the lamination unit.SOLUTION: A power converter 2 comprises a load application component 30 that applies a load to a lamination unit 10 in a case. The load application component 30 is fitted and inserted between the lamination unit and a supporting part of the case. The load application component 30 comprises: an abutting plate 31 contacted with an end surface of the lamination unit; a plate spring whose center part is supported by the abutting plate and whose both ends are apart from the abutting plate; and a lock lever 34 rotatably supported by each of both ends of the abutting plate and that locks the plate spring. When an external force is applied to both ends of the locked plate spring to release a restoring force of the plate spring applied to the lock lever, the lock lever is rotated by its dead weight and engagement with the plate spring is released, and thus, the load is applied to the lamination unit 10. |
